As part of the Securo continuous improvement activities, we have recently carried out a review of our Securo on-line system for health and safety documentation.
This has led to our Web design team conducting an extensive remodelling of the system to improve its use with the following new features:
This new version presents a more modern styling and appearance along with improvements to enhance user experience.
1) The Dashboard
Also known as a ‘Home screen’. This provides a more welcoming introduction with quick, easy access to the various modules, along with useful links of importance.
2) Top Navigation Bar
The top navigation bar has been overhauled to be more logical in its presentation and simply more useful. You’ll find links available to any function for quick navigation no matter where you are within the system.
We think you’ll enjoy how the new modern styling enhances the functionality as well as the look and feel of the Securo Online Health & Safety system.
4) Separate Modules
We’ve now separated out the key functions into separate modules (Hazard Register, SOP, App Administrator and Document Library) and have made them accessible straight from the dashboard.
5) Updated User Guide
This ensures the user can more easily find out how to better use the system.
New Hazard Control Plans and Hazard Registers will be set to version 7 by default and existing items can be individually upgraded from version 6 when/if required.
The electronic hazard management tool is now closely aligned with the new Securo Health and Safety manual which will also be provided to all users over the next year.
